Niki Miller Stilwell
From a young age, Niki Miller Stilwell tagged along with her dad, George Miller, to visit clients, accident scenes and courthouses, and by second grade knew she wanted to be a lawyer, too. She is a proud fourth-generation attorney, continuing a legacy of fighting for the little guy against insurance companies and major corporations that place profits ahead of people. After 30 years working for and with her father, George Miller, Niki formed her own firm in 2022, continuing the family legacy.
Niki was born and raised in St. Louis and obtained both her undergraduate and law degrees from Saint Louis University. She is proud of her reputation as a strong communicator who can resolve complicated issues and cases with creative strategies and enjoys developing relationships with clients that last for decades, long after their cases are resolved. Her approach is characterized by a unique blend of compassion, respect, and legal expertise, ensuring that each client receives personalized attention and robust legal support.
Niki firmly believes in practicing law the right way and earning respect and business through actions, not advertising. She is recognized by her peers with the Martindale-Hubbel AV rating, the highest level of professional excellence for legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
Niki has successfully handled the wide range of civil cases including personal injury, product liability, premises liability, workers compensation, toxic tort and trucking cases, including multiple settlements of one million dollars or more. While she is licensed in Missouri and Illinois and litigated many cases state-wide, she has also successfully resolved cases in Georgia, Texas, Ohio and Florida.
Away from the office Niki lives in Fenton with her husband and their three kids, and enjoys traveling, cooking, sports and gardening. She is a huge supporter of public education and cherishes the ROSE Award bestowed upon her by the Rockwood School District for Outstanding Service in Education during the 18 years her kids attended school in the district, and she continues to volunteer at Summit High School regularly.
